1. Shipping Policy

  • Drop shipping & International Orders: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days before being shipped directly from our suppliers, including our dedicated vendors.
  • Preorders: Preordered items will be shipped as per the estimated availability date mentioned on the product page.
  • Local Products: Locally stocked items are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped from our warehouse.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-45 business days, depending on the supplier and destination.
  • Express Shipping: Available for select products and regions, with delivery in 7-20 business days.
  • Local Shipping: For in-stock items, delivery takes 2-5 business days within [Your Country].
  • Multiple Shipments: Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to different suppliers.

1.3 Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates.

  • As products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers (Our Dedicated Vendors), return policies may vary by supplier.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed once the supplier confirms receipt of the returned product.

2.3 Local Product Returns

  • For locally stocked items, returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2.4 Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Drop shipping & Preorders: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
  • Local Products: Orders can be cancelled before shipping, but once dispatched, standard return policies apply.

2.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after supplier verification.

2.6 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
